How to take part?
1. From May 05, 2021 to June 30, 2021, buy the following promotional products and get reimbursed part of the costs by Mail in Rebate. The refund will be granted according to the following rule:
- LST $35 for each unit
- LMB $15 for each unit
- LWB $15 for each unit
- LWF $35 for each unit
- LMF $35 for each unit

2. Make a Promotional Purchase between May 05, 2021 to June 30, 2021. Fill out the Rebate Form until July 31, 2021, attach proof of purchase as send it as per details listed in the Terms & Regulations.
3. You will receive a promotional refund by check within 20 working days after positive verification of the promotional application sent upon receipt.
