Roof Terrace Window System
The FAKRO Roof Terrace Window System is designed to combine natural light, functionality, and a clean modern look in attic living spaces. The system pairs an upper unit with a matching lower unit to create a large glazed area and, depending on the lower unit selected, provide access to the terrace. It is designed for roof pitches from 35° to 55° and is available in operable and fixed lower unit options to suit different project requirements.

Upper Unit Options
The upper unit is available in two versions. Both models feature P50 triple glazing, high-quality pine wood construction, dual-function operation, and an easy-clean exterior coating. The main difference is ventilation. The FOP-V includes an automatic air inlet, while the FOP-X does not.
Lower Unit Options
The lower unit completes the system and is available in three versions. The FOR and FOL are operable lower units designed to provide terrace access, while the FOX is a fixed lower unit for projects where a non-operable bottom section is preferred.
