The FAKRO LML is a metal, three-section folding attic ladder equipped with a piston-assisted unfolding system for smoother and easier operation. The ladder includes installation brackets for quicker and more accurate mounting.

The FAKRO LMP is a metal, three-section folding attic ladder designed for high ceilings up to 12 ft. An unloading mechanism integrated into the handrail assists with folding and unfolding. Height adjustment is performed by trimming the last section; the ladder is supplied with plastic stile ends. The insulated hatch is 1-3/8" thick with 1-1/8" insulation (R-value 5.2). Maximum load 375 lbs.

The LMF60 model is a new generation attic ladder that provides access to unused space in the attic and at the same time functions as a fire protection for 60 minutes (1 hour rating in accordance with NFPA 288 and ASTM E119-14.)
