Shipping and Return Policy

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your business, we hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything you bought directly from us we will be happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from the day the product was delivered. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping costs must be covered. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product(s) has not been returned to us in original, undamaged packaging and/or if we find that the product has been damaged additional fees will apply. No returns/refunds on special or custom size orders.

Please note that all shipments must be inspected before signing the delivery paperwork. The Receiver is expected to accept delivery, even if items appear damaged, missing, or incorrect, and should not refuse the shipment. Any damage, shortage, or incorrect product must be noted on the delivery receipt, photographed, and reported to FAKRO promptly. Collection and replacement will be arranged once this process is completed. If no issues are noted at the time of signing, the shipment will be considered received complete and in good condition, and any replacements will be at the Receiver’s expense.

In the case you are not present at the time of delivery all product(s) must still be inspected. During inspection if you find any damages you must take photos and notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery by emailing us at orders@fakrousa.com with photos of the damage and your order information.

If the consignee is unable to receive the freight due to closure or absence at the delivery address, Fakro reserves the right to deduct any applicable charges from the refund, including but not limited to storage fees, re-consignment fees, and return shipping charges.
