LXL-W
The LXL-W trim elements are designed to enhance your attic ladder installation. Constructed from pine wood and painted in white, they effectively cover any residual gaps from the fitting process. The trims come in a universal size of 30" x 56 ½", making them compatible with a wide range of ladder models. Specifically, these include LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMP and LMF60.
LXL-PVC
Offering a practical approach to finalizing your attic ladder installation, the LXL-PVC trim is both durable and easy to install. Crafted from PVC and available in white, this trim requires no nails for attachment, streamlining the fitting process. The LXL-PVC trim is also offered in the universal size of 30" x 56 ½", ensuring its compatibility with multiple ladder models such as LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMP and LMF60..
Ladder ends LXS
FAKRO LXS ladder ends serve as a beneficial addition to our wooden attic ladders. They help enhance ladder stability and offer protection to your floors, preventing any scratches. These ladder ends are compatible with the LWB, LWF-R, LWF-RI, LTA, LTT, LFA and LFT ladder models.
Handrail LXH
The LXH handrail is a metal safety feature designed to assist in the use of attic ladders. It provides additional support for climbing up and down the steps, enhancing user safety and comfort. The handrail can be installed on either or both sides of the upper segment of the ladder. It comes as standard with the LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMF60 10'1", LTA, LTT, LFA, LFT, LMF-R, LWB and LMB attic ladder models, and an additional handrail can be added if needed.
Attic handrail LXH-A
The LXH-A Attic Handrail enhances safety and convenience when accessing your attic. Measuring approximately 35 ⅜ inches in height and 21 ⅛ inches in lenght, this sturdy metal handrail securely mounts to the floor near your attic opening. It provides reliable support as you move from the stairs to the attic space. The handrail can be installed on either the right or left side of the opening to suit your layout. It aids in climbing up the ladder steps, improving user comfort and safety.
Box extension LXN-B
The LXN box extension is made from pine wood and designed to increase the size of your attic ladder's box. It's necessary when installing the LXW-B upper hatch with the LST attic ladder. This extension is compatible with the following attic ladder models: LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMP, LML, LMF60, LST, LTA, LTT, LFA, LFT, LMF-R, LMP-R, LWB and LMB. To ensure a correct fit, the size of the LXN box extension must match the size of your attic ladder. The LXN box extension has a standard height of 4 inches. When properly installed, it integrates seamlessly with the ladder's box.
Upper hatch LXW-B
Piston-assisted LXW-B upper hatch is designed to increase the insulation and cleanliness of an attic ladder. Featuring a gasket-sealed design, it is capable of improving the R-value by up to 100% for certain models, thereby enhancing energy efficiency. Additionally, the upper hatch provides a barrier against dust and debris, facilitating cleaner, more maintenance-free usage. The dimensions are 7 3/4" for the box height and 1 3/8" for the hatch thickness. Compatibility is ensured with a wide range of attic ladder models, including LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMP, LML, LMF60, LST, LTA, LTT, LFA, LFT, LMF-R, LMP-R, LWB and LMB. For the installation on LST model ladders, the LXN-B frame extension should be installed before the upper hatch
Handle LXZ
The LXZ handle is a valuable accessory for the LXW-B upper hatch. Designed for installation on the attic-facing side of the upper hatch lid, it allows for the upper hatch to be operated from inside the attic. This design flexibility ensures that the hatch can be easily controlled from both inside and outside the attic, providing a convenient solution especially while working inside the attic.
Additional tread LXT
The LXT additional tread is designed to increase safety and convenience when using attic ladders. It is installed between the last tread of the attic ladder and the attic floor to minimize the gap, making it easier to step into the attic.
This additional tread has a standard width of 11 7/8 inches, providing a stable stepping surface. It is compatible with three specific models of three-section folding attic ladders: LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMP, LMF60, LTA, LTT, LFA, LFT, LMF-R, LMP-R, LWB and LMB.
Installation brackets LXK
LXK installation brackets facilitate the secure and efficient installation of attic ladders. Providing solid support at all four corners, these adjustable brackets ensure a flush fit between the ladder and the ceiling. The utility and adaptability of the LXK brackets streamline the installation process.
Compatibility: The LXK brackets are compatible with a variety of attic ladder models, including LWP, LTK, LWT, LWF60, LME, LMP, LTA, LTT, LFA, LFT, LMF-R, LMP-R, LWB and LMB. For the LML, LMF60 and LST models, the LXK brackets come as standard.

LXS-W Adjustable Ladder Ends
Silver-colored adjustable ladder ends designed for compatible wooden folding attic ladders. The rubber floor pads improve stability, protect the finished floor and help prevent damage to the lower ladder side rails.

The LXS-W ends provide up to 3 3/8 in. of adjustment at the bottom of the ladder.
Important: The 3 3/8 in. value describes the maximum adjustment range of the ladder ends. It must not be automatically added to the ladder’s published maximum ceiling height. For certain models, a maximum installation height with LXS-W has been published. For other compatible models, the ends may be installed, but no extended maximum ceiling height is currently published.
Available separately for: Compatible LTK, LWT, LTA, LTT, LFA, LFT, LWB, LWF-R, and LWF-R Insulated ladders. Compatibility depends on the ladder model, size, and SKU.
Included as standard with: LWP and LWF60 ladders.
LXS-M Adjustable Ladder Ends
Black adjustable ladder ends designed for compatible metal folding attic ladders. The rubber floor pads improve stability, protect the finished floor and help prevent damage to the lower ladder sections.

LXM3 unloading mechanism
LXM3 unloading mechanism
The LXM3 unloading mechanism assists in folding and unfolding wooden attic stair ladders, increasing both comfort and safety during use. Once the mechanism and the included hook are installed, the ladder can be fully operated from below using a rod, eliminating the need for overhead reach.

Once the mechanism and the included hook are installed, the ladder can be operated entirely from the floor using a rod, reducing the need for direct overhead handling.
