Shipping and Return Policy

Dear Customer,


Thank you for your business, we hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything you bought directly from us we will be happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from the day the product was delivered. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping costs must be covered. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product(s) has not been returned to us in original, undamaged packaging and/or if we find that the product has been damaged additional fees will apply.


Please note, you must inspect all products upon arrival before signing the delivery papers. Regardless if the shipment looks damaged or in perfect condition, it is the Receivers responsibility to inspect and open all the boxes to check for concealed damage and to make sure all pieces were received. If any damages are found you must sign the delivery papers noting “damage”, take photos of the damage, and notify us ASAP. If the Receiver decides to bypass their shipment’s inspection before signing the delivery papers it will be assumed that any damages were not during transit from FAKRO to the Receiver and therefore, any exchange of product or service parts must be paid for.


In the case you are not present at the time of delivery all product(s) must still be inspected. During inspection if you find any damages you must take photos and notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery by emailing us at orders@fakrousa.com with photos of the damage and your order information.
