A message to our customers regarding the COVID-19 Crisis

As COVID-19, coronavirus, begins to have an increased impact, FAKRO is taking serious measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the community. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding this emerging crisis, but as many others, our team is closely monitoring and following all guidelines from the CDC and other local and national health organizations.

OUR FAKRO USA BRANCH IS OPEN! However, until further notice, we will require phone calls, texts and/or emails prior to picking up any orders.

At this time our show room is closed to the public until further notice.

OPERATIONS AT FAKRO

We will continue to ship out all orders and have them out of the door by the next day as usual. Our employees and shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx and LTL trucks) have also been monitoring and taking strict safety measures during this time.

OUR EMPLOYEE’S ARE PRACTICING THE FOLLOWING:

• Stay at home policy if you or someone you have been in contact with is sick, feeling under the weather or are experiencing symptoms of the flu or virus
• Practicing social distancing by maintaining 6’ or more from other. Our employees all work in separate stations.
• Increased cleaning and disinfecting of ALL surfaces at our location
• Frequent hand washing with anti-bacterial soap and warm water for 20 seconds
• Certain at-risk employees have been asked to work from home during this time
• Carriers and employees must minimize contact. This includes not sharing pens, gloves, or any personal objects.
• Cancelled all unnecessary travel, meetings and gatherings. We will work through e-communication and telephone.
