Comfortable, automatic operation of the awning blind (an intelligent system operates the awning blind dependent on the insolation level). The role of the sensor is fulfilled by a photovoltaic panel which reacts to solar radiation. In the case of a high insolation level, the awning blind rolls down automatically. In cloudy weather, the awning blind rolls up automatically.

The awning blind can be controlled in one of three modes:

• automatic (self-activating rolling up and unrolling dependent on the insolation level)
• semi-automatic (self-activating unrolling, rolling up by means of a remote control)
• controlled by means of included remote control

The awning blind does not require connection to electrical grid because it is powered by solar batteries.

SMZ/AMZ awning solar blinds come with relative fabrics transparency of 10%, 1% and 6%.
