The FAKRO LWF60 is a fire-rated insulated wooden attic ladder providing 60 minutes of fire protection in accordance with ASTM E119 and NFPA 288 standards. It features an insulated door panel (~3 ⅜″ thick) with a heat-activated expanding gasket that enhances fire resistance and delivers an R-value of 12 for improved thermal performance.

The ladder includes adjustable ends with rubber caps for better stability and floor protection, as well as a metal handrail for safer and more convenient use. Designed to support a 375 lbs load capacity, the LWF60 offers safe, durable, and energy-efficient attic access.
